- Executive Director of Multi Channel Strategic Planning for a NYC Based
Integrated Advertising Agency.
This position requires the ability to work with C-level clients to develop strategic solutions that result in the development of multi-channel communications programs.
Deep knowledge of the digital/new media space, e.g. social media, SEO, mobile marketing is necessary. Solid direct marketing and CRM experience is also necessary.
You will be working with Creative, Data, Technology, and Account Management to develop and execute the programs.
A good understanding of analytics, research, and technology is required.
Must be able to attract and mentor a team of 8-10 people.
This is a client-facing role and you will need to effectively communicate/translate ROI to the client.
In addition, they would like someone who is comfortable with public speaking and who can represent the Agency at key industry functions.
- Director of Web Analytics
The Director of Web Analytics will be developing digital strategies that directly impact overall ROI of multi- channel programs.
This person will work with Agency counterparts to design and execute both measurement and test plans to further improve targeted digital communications.
This is a client-facing role and you will need to be excellent at communicating/translating digital ROI to the client.
As well, you will be communicating technology requirements to the development team.
You must be proficient at digital analytics and all appropriate software, e.g. Omniture, WebTrends, etc. Must be able to construct dashboards and appropriate reporting mechanisms.
Proven history of development and execution of testing schedules, utilizing such tools as Optimost, Test and Target, etc.
Must also be experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research.
Excellent management skills required, as you will be running a group of analysts.
This is a fast paced, big agency environment. It requires someone comfortable doing multiple tasks in what can also feel like an entrepreneurial environment.
A hands-on type of person would do well in this role.
