Karen Tripi, President
Karen is the founder and President of Karen Tripi Associates. Prior to starting the company 24 years ago, Karen had over 15 years of industry experience , working on both the client and agency sides with such companies as Young & Rubicam, Benton & Bowles, and Western Union. Throughout her career, she was always known as an excellent marketer and someone who was able to spot top talent. More than a few of the people she hired in her earlier years are today’s industry leaders.

Karen has the unique ability to listen to your staffing issues, understand what you need, and figure out how to solve the problems. She is also an excellent negotiator. You’ll get the candidate you want at a fair and appropriate compensation. And you won’t need to be involved in the final negotiations unless you want to be. She is known as one of the best negotiators in the business.

Ellen Weber, Executive Vice President
Ellen Weber joined Karen Tripi Associates 17 years ago. Prior to recruiting, Ellen spent 6 years in the direct marketing industry working for top companies such as OgilvyOne and Chase. She is known for her unique ability to simplify and execute the most complicated projects.

Since coming to KTA, Ellen has developed strong relationships with many top level clients who have come to rely on her almost exclusively. She also leads the majority of our senior level executive searches. Ellen is able to read between the lines and evaluate top-notch talent.

Linda Flah, Senior Vice President
Linda comes to us with a creative background, having been in the publishing, graphic design, and photography business.

Linda has been with KTA for 15 years. When she first joined, she ran our creative recruiting division. Since that time, she has become a specialist in account management.  She is one of the best client service people around. Her relationships with clients and candidates are deep and long lasting.  Everyone loves working with Linda.
